Two projects, each second grade student worked on in technology centered around personal narratives and “About Me”. Each child brainstormed their likes, dislikes, hobbies, family and descriptions of themselves to help foster ideas for writing.

The children then used a program called Inspiration to help organize their ideas based on topics and also used Wordle to express those same ideas in a “word cloud”.
